Explained all plumbing problem so we understood it
Mark Kinney was a very nice service man and took the time to tell us what was wrong with the water heater and then said it didn't need to be replaced, just needed a new pressure relief valve along with and water pressure reducing valve, the pressure on the house as he showed us was 110.00 pounds,and he explained the 80 pounds or lower was code for alot of reason. That was the final fix even though we had to other company's come out
and said it could not be fixed,that we had to have a new water heater installed. But at that pressure even a new water heater would have done the same thing. My husband understood the reason behind the problem and it has been working great for the last six months
