Personal Attention

I had been considering buying a new desktop system for quite awhile and I stop by CCS everyday as a part of my courier route. I was always impressed with how friendly everyone was so, when it came time to begin shopping, i asked Patrick and the guys if they built PCs. I was asked a question or two about what i was looking for and then immediately shown a computer that had been custom built in-store for gaming. It was well put together and had a more than fair asking price. Over the course of the next few days I had many questions (just ask Patrick) about the specifications of the machine, warranty, and so on and without fail all of my questions were answered swiftly and concisely. During this time i shopped around some but soon realized that I wouldnt be able to get the same one-on-one, first-name basis, kind of customer service that CCS was showing me with any big name competitor. Ive had the PC almost a week and it has worked wonderfully. Ive annoyed Patrick and the crew with even more questions since the purchase and, again, have received flawless customer service. Im very happy with my decision to stick with the local guys and I will come back anytime I need something computer related. If youre reading this and are in the market for a new Pc or Laptop or just computer support, dont hesistate to call these guys. Great company.
